Rainforest Agricultural Consultancy, has delivered a diverse portfolio of projects across the Caribbean focused on climate-smart agriculture, aquaculture innovation, gender-responsive development, and youth empowerment in the green and blue economy.

Commercial Hydroponics and Aquaponics Farm Design and Implementation

Designed and installed multiple hydroponics, aquaponics and aquaculture farming systems across Trinidad and Tobago and the Caribbean, leading to the official registration of RAC in 2021.

Climate Smart Technologies in the Trinidad and Tobago Prison Service

Won USD $5,000 for a hydroponic grow room and seed bank project at the Women’s Prison, with additional greenhouse and grow room construction at Youth Training Centre. Trained over 50 inmates and officers in hydroponics with IICA certification.

The Green Caribbean Magazine

The Green Caribbean Magazine is the Caribbean’s premier publication dedicated to highlighting stories, innovations, and solutions in sustainable agriculture, climate resilience, aquaculture, food security, and the green and blue economy. Published monthly by Rainforest Agricultural Consultancy, the magazine provides a vibrant platform for farmers, agro-entrepreneurs, researchers, students, policymakers, and environmental advocates to engage with the pressing issues and promising opportunities shaping the region's future.

Training Courses- Commercial, Cooperate, Governmental and Private

Rainforest Agricultural Consultancy (RAC) has delivered over a dozen impactful training programs across the Caribbean, empowering hundreds of farmers, youth, teachers, inmates, and agripreneurs with practical, climate-smart agricultural skills. These include:

Hydroponics & Vertical Farming Workshops in Antigua, St. Kitts & Nevis, and Trinidad in collaboration with CARDI, IICA, and private farms.
YTEPP-Certified Aquaculture & Hydroponics Training (52-hour and 240-hour courses) with full curriculum design, assessments, and practicals.
UNDP/Prison Rehabilitation Training in hydroponics, agroprocessing, and seed banking for inmates and officers at Trinidad’s Women’s Prison and Youth Training Centre.
Primary School Agriculture Programs in San Fernando and Princes Town, including teacher and student training and NFT system installations.
FSIP Parish-Based Agriculture Training, delivering modules on home gardening, aquaponics, agroprocessing, and entrepreneurship across Catholic parishes in Trinidad.
Field-Based and R&D Trainings on aquaponics, aeroponics, and indoor farming systems at IVY Farms and Ramprem Enterprises.

RAC’s training approach blends hands-on learning, inclusive development, and real-world application—supporting regional food security and the green economy.
